Questions
What people ask before booking
Do I need a consultation?
For small knotless and any day over eight hours, yes: a short text or phone conversation. Other styles you can book straight from the booking page.
How long will my style take?
The planner on the services page shows the hours for each style, size and length. Your braider confirms yours when you book.
Do you work with my hair type?
We braid every texture, from fine to coily. Tell us about your hair when you book and we'll match you with the right braider.
What do I bring on the day?
A photo of the style, your hair washed, dry and detangled, water and something to eat. Bring braiding hair only if we asked you to.
How does the deposit work?
A deposit holds your day and goes toward your service. The booking page shows it when you choose a style.
What if I need to cancel or run late?
Please give 48 hours' notice to move a day. If you are late, your braider may shorten the style. The policies page has the details.
Do I need a patch test?
Braiding doesn't need one. Tell us if you have reacted to braiding hair or a hair product.
Can I bring a child or a friend?
Children from age four are welcome with a parent or guardian beside the chair. One friend or family member may sit with an adult client.
How much will it cost?
It depends on size, length, added hair and your braider's level. The booking page shows the price for your choice, and the pricing page explains it.
How do I look after it between visits?
Wrap it at night, wash along the parts and tell us if anything feels tight. The care page has the habits in full.
